This university student apartment facility is approximately 104,000sq ft and features 89 apartments, 24 of which are four-bedroom units. All units also have a kitchen area, living area and bathroom. The new facility also includes meetings rooms, student lounge area, a multi-purpose room, fitness room, a reception area and a lobby with mailboxes.

Quad I Food Service & Dormitory Addition and Remodel
This 46,000sqft fast-paced university project included demolition of the existing facility along with the addition of a basement. Once complete, the project adjoined four dormitories to the Food Service Facility. Crews worked around the clock, seven days a week in order to complete this project within the scheduled time frame of three months.
