This 64,000 square foot office and maintenance facility has storage space for twenty-five pieces of equipment. It features an office building, and a maintenance shop
that includes six repair bays as well as a welding shop. Radiant floor heating systems were installed in the storage and maintenance areas. Other features include a
fueling system, lube system, overhead cranes, wash racks and sensor controlled overhead doors.
