Iron County Shop

This 20,335 square-foot vehicle and maintenance storage facility includes vehicle storage space, a blade change area, a sign shop/engineering lab, lube storage area,
employee breakroom, restrooms, office, parts storage, two repair bays, welding bay and a wash bay.  A 2,371 square- foot mezzanine area includes additional parts storage,
a mechanical room and a sign storage area.  Due to no city sewer or water service, a 10,000 gallon drain tank, fire protection holding tank and septic system was also
provided. This garage features a 60,000lb-capacity mobile vehicle lift system and a 10-ton overhead crane.

The construction period was approximately 7 months beginning in the Fall 2002.
