Island Resort Casino


This 202,000 square foot gaming facility includes a six-story, 120 room hotel with an indoor pool and unique heated sand beach. The entire facility was developed around a tropical island theme and also includes two restaurants, banquet facilities, meeting rooms and a 600-seat entertainment complex and bingo hall. As part of the project, This renovation of their existing building, the old bingo hall, into office space was also included as part of this project.

Nah Tah Wahsh School


This Nah Tah Wahsh (Soaring Eagle) School is a charter school that serves students in K-12 on the Hannahville Indian Ojibwa Reservation in Wilson, Michigan. The school has a library and gym, an elementary wing, a high school wing, and an industrial arts wing. Two additional wings were later added to enable the community to house all educational programs in one building, including adult education, preschool and a child care facility. The child care center also provides much needed child care for employees of the community. Future plans for additions to the school include a cafeteria and swimming pool.

Hannahville Wastewater Treatment Facility

   

This wastewater treatment system for the Hannahville Indian Community features a service building which houses a lab office, maintenance area, chemical feed room, blower room, odor control room and a screen room. These facilities houses the operations of the treatment tanks, sludge storage tank, digester tank and lagoons that make up the treatment system. Extra space has also been allotted on the site to make room for future tanks.
