The project consists of a 7000 sf, slab on grade, wood frame / brick veneer structure. The roof is wood truss with asphalt shingles and skylight. Interior is metal studs and drywall with carpet / ceramic tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, paint & vinyl wall covering, plastic laminate casework and standard plumbing , HVAC and electrical packages. Exterior concrete curbs & walks, landscaping and asphalt paving are also included.
