Gundlach Champion was the General Contractor on this 202,000 square foot gaming facility in Hannahville, Michigan. The facility included a six-story, 120 room hotel with an indoor pool and unique heated sand beach. The entire facility was developed around a tropical island theme and also includes two restaurants, banquet facilities, meeting rooms and a 600 seat entertainment complex and bingo hall. This renovation of their existing building, the old bingo hall, into office space was also included as part of this project.
