Gundlach Champion was the General Contractor on this new 11,000 sqft combination masonry / structural steel studs bearing structure. The facility includes a grain storage vessel, loading dock area, brew house, fermentation room, keg and bottle line, and tasting room. Flooring in the brewing area consists of quarry tile with integrated trench drains for ease of cleaning. This facility will distribute product across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and adjacent states.
