This Construction Management project is a new one story, 75,000
square foot highway facility which includes office areas and a conference
room in addition to locker room facilities. The garage area includes storage for
approximately 50 vehicles, wash bays, repair bays, parts storage area, a sign
shop, overhead crane, vehicles lifts, and lube dispensing equipment.
